Back to 10 to 15 booked meetings a week from email

Fedi had built a big, warm email list, but it had gone quiet. His emails were landing in spam and the Promotions tab, so bookings had dried up. We got him back into the inbox.

10–15meetings booked a week from email, restored
Primaryinbox placement fixed, out of spam & Promotions

Fedi Lecamus coaches business owners through Pillars of the Ummah. Long before we spoke, he had done the hard part most people never finish: he had built a real email list. Thousands of people who had raised their hand and asked to hear from him. On paper that list was his single strongest asset, a warm audience he owned and could reach any time, for free.

The problem was that reaching them had quietly stopped working. His emails still went out on schedule, but fewer and fewer people were seeing them. Bookings that used to come in reliably from a single send had dried up, and it was starting to look like email had simply stopped working for him.

When we looked at it together, the cause was not the writing and it was not the offer. It was placement. Gmail was filing most of his emails under the Promotions tab, and some were going to spam outright. A large part of his list is on Gmail, so a large part of his list never saw the emails arrive. You can write the best email of your life, but if it lands in a tab nobody opens, it may as well not exist.

That is a specific, fixable problem, and it is exactly the kind we like. We started where it mattered most: the technical setup that proves to Gmail an email is genuinely from him and genuinely wanted. Records aligned, the sending domain cleaned up, the list tidied of dead addresses that were dragging his reputation down.

Then we rebuilt the automations so new subscribers were welcomed and warmed properly instead of going quiet, and reworked the copy so the emails read like one person writing to another rather than a broadcast. Nothing flashy. Just the whole email system, put back together so it actually reaches people and gives them a reason to reply.

The result was fast, because the list was always good. It just could not be heard. Fedi and Pillars of the Ummah are back to booking 10 to 15 meetings a week from email, the same channel that had gone silent. Same list, same audience, same offer. The only thing that changed is that the emails now land where people actually read them.
