Sam Barnett is a fitness coach, and the founder of The Barnett Vision. He is genuinely world class at the actual coaching, the part clients pay for. What he did not have was a reliable way to turn his audience into booked calls, and the marketing side was quietly working against him.

His social following had stalled. On Instagram it was not just flat, it was going backwards, losing followers month over month. New leads came in bursts when he posted, then dried up. And every part of the marketing ran through Sam himself, which meant it only happened when he had time left over after coaching, which was rarely.
